Simona Lippi

Simona Lippi has a Master degree in Conservation and one in GIS  for environmental management. She is a conservationist and GIS expert working in International Cooperation projects. Her work focuses on Climate change impacts on socio-ecological systems, traditional ecological knowledge and human-nature relationships exploring these topics mainly through a participatory approach. During her academic career, she carried out ethnobotanical works especially in Tuscany and in Malta where she lived for many years working with migrant communities in projects concerning agriculture, ecological traditions and arts. She worked also in Albania where she is providing her contribution for the LICCI project exploring local perceptions of Climate change impacts.
