We are creating a web-based platform which will contain both a Citizen Science component and a research networking component.
Through the Citizen Science component of the platform, any citizen in the world will be able to contribute information on local indicators of climate change impacts. Platform users will be guided to provide different types of information, forming a worldwide observation network for the long-term monitoring of local indicators of climate change impacts.
The platform displays information from three different sources including the a reviewed article database, partner data, and entries by the general public likewise for researchers and practitioners interested in exploring how local knowledge systems contribute to our understanding of climate change.
